When asked to provide information on the proportion of products that are certified or come from socially audited factories, ensure you report to the nearest tenth if the precise amount isn’t available. Note that you will need to provide  publicly accessible evidence to verify the information you report  on these proportions. Learn more about evidence requirements here.

You may track  such metrics internally in various ways, such as by season, reporting year, current  production, or what’s currently available for sale. We recommend reporting product proportions for a selection of products over a 12 month period rather than  anticipated production. Most brands determine the proportion of certified products  by the total volume of products purchased in the reporting period.
